Placing an Order

By placing an order with It's Now Time Acoustics, you agree to our Terms of Sale. A contract is formed once your order is received and confirmed by us via email.

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in AUD and include GST unless otherwise stated.

• Payment is required at checkout via Shopify's secure payment options.

Product Availability

All items are subject to availability. While we strive to keep the site up to date, delays or changes may still occur.

Custom Orders

Products made to order (such as custom acoustic panels) cannot be cancelled once production begins. Lead times vary and will be confirmed after purchase.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship Australia-wide. For international shipping, please get in touch with us directly for a quote.

Delivery Timeframes

• Standard Products: Dispatched within 3–5 business days.
• Made-to-Order Products: Typically dispatched within 10–15 business days.
• Delivery times vary based on location and carrier.

Shipping Costs

Calculated at checkout or confirmed during order processing for custom items. Large orders or regional deliveries may incur additional charges.

Delivery Terms

• Delivery is available only, unless otherwise arranged.
• A person must be available to accept delivery. If re-delivery is required, additional charges may apply.
• Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns for change of mind on custom-made or acoustic products.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. If items are damaged or incorrect, notify us within 24 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or a refund as appropriate.

How to Make a Claim

Email us at sales@itsnowtimeacoustics.net with:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Supporting photos (if applicable)

We'll respond within two business days.

Restocking Fees

Approved returns may be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Freight costs are non-refundable unless the product is deemed faulty.
