Returns & Refund Policy

At Its Now Time Acoustics, we take pride in supplying quality acoustic products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Returns and Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
A product is considered faulty if it:
- Does not function as intended
- Arrives with significant damage
- Has a manufacturing defect beyond reasonable tolerances
- Differs materially from its description or sample provided.

Please notify us within 5 business days of delivery by emailing sales@itsnowtimeacoustics.net, including:
- Your order number
- Photos showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem.

No restocking fees apply to approved faulty or damaged goods.

2. Change of Mind Returns

We understand that circumstances can change. If you change your mind, returns are accepted within 5 business days of delivery, provided that:
- The product has not been assembled or installed
- The item is unused and undamaged
- It remains in its original packaging
- You can provide proof of purchase.

Please note:
- A 25% restocking fee applies to all change-of-mind returns.
- Return freight is the customer’s responsibility.
- Items must be returned to the original warehouse from which they were shipped.
- We recommend purchasing insurance for your return shipment, as damaged goods cannot be restocked.

Custom-made or made-to-order (MTO) products cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.

3. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong product or an item is missing, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Include your order details and photos if applicable. We will review and correct the issue promptly at no additional cost.

4. Refund Conditions

Refunds will only be processed once returned goods have been received, inspected, and approved by our quality control team. Refunds are made to the original payment method. Credit card surcharges are non-refundable.

5. Payment Terms

All orders must be paid in full before dispatch. Failure to make payment will be considered a breach of contract and may result in order cancellation. Payment via credit card may incur a surcharge.
