1. Orders

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including pricing or stock errors.

2. Pricing

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Prices may change without notice but will not affect confirmed orders. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or quoted separately for bulk orders.

3. Payment

Full payment is required at checkout. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods provided by Shopify. Payment must be cleared before dispatch.

4. Product Availability

We offer a standard stocked range. Occasionally, products may be temporarily unavailable. If so, we’ll contact you with options for substitution, back order, or refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

We do not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss. Our liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the product, as required under Australian Consumer Law.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. All transactions are subject to Australian Consumer Law and relevant Fair-Trading legislation.

Shipping Policy

a. Shipping Area

We deliver Australia-wide to most metro and regional areas. International shipping is not currently available through our website. Please contact us for export enquiries.

b. Delivery Timeframes

Orders are generally dispatched within 3–5 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order is on the way. Delivery times vary by location:

• Metro areas: 2–5 business days
• Regional areas: 5–10 business days

8. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on product size, weight, and destination. For bulk orders, please contact us for a quote.

9. Conditions

Deliveries are to ground floor or kerbside only unless otherwise arranged. A person must be available to receive the delivery. Missed deliveries may incur a re-delivery fee.

Refund Policy

a. Change of Mind

We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition. Returning shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. A 25% restocking fee may apply. Shipping and handling costs are nonrefundable.

b. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

10. How to Request a Return

Email us at sales@itsnowtimeacoustics.net with your order number, issue description, and photos (if applicable). We’ll respond within 2 business days with the next steps.

11. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Warranty Policy

All products sold by It’s Now Time Acoustics come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty against faults in materials or workmanship under normal use.

12. Warranty Exclusions

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from misuse, abuse, or neglect
• Damage caused during installation or relocation

13. Making a Claim

To make a warranty claim, contact us at sales@itsnowtimeacoustics.net with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. If the product is deemed faulty, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.

This warranty is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
